Customer Service Administrator

職責

POS System Management:

  • Update POS systems in a timely manner, including pricing, promotional settings, and product profiles.
  • Manage backend operations for the POS, APP & website to ensure seamless functionality and accurate information.
  • Upload new or restock items onto online platforms for the online shop.

Customer Service:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer online reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

Sales and Operational Support:

  • Support daily sales operations by collaborating with procurement and marketing to launch promotional offers and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for product delivery and replenishment of packing materials.
  • Compile and generate reports as required.

Administrative Duties:

    • Assist in clerical tasks and additional duties related to sales administration as assigned.

要求

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Professional in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
  • Fair command of English and Mandarin (Speaking and Writing)
  • A careful person and attentive to details
  • Willing to learn and good communication skills
