職責
POS System Management:
- Update POS systems in a timely manner, including pricing, promotional settings, and product profiles.
- Manage backend operations for the POS, APP & website to ensure seamless functionality and accurate information.
- Upload new or restock items onto online platforms for the online shop.
Customer Service:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Address customer online reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
Sales and Operational Support:
- Support daily sales operations by collaborating with procurement and marketing to launch promotional offers and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for product delivery and replenishment of packing materials.
- Compile and generate reports as required.
Administrative Duties:

- Assist in clerical tasks and additional duties related to sales administration as assigned.
要求
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Professional in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
- Fair command of English and Mandarin (Speaking and Writing)
- A careful person and attentive to details
- Willing to learn and good communication skills
